A-PLY PROJECTS is a collaboration between a CHEF and Architect

It is our differences that brings us together. One is a chef the other is an architect. We believe in challenging our individual industries in order for us to reach our goals. Whether it's about cooking or designing, by applying ourselves to our passion, it gives us an opportunity to be creative. It is an exploration of the present in order for us to understand the future. To gain knowledge for self-improvement. To make things simple for others.

Jonathan Tam, Chef

Originally from Edmonton, Canada. Moved to Copenhagen in 2007 to work at NOMA. Now working at RELÆ as Head Chef, responsible for the kitchen and the daily operations of the restaurant.
 

Sarah Frilund, Architect MAA

Graduated from the ROYAL ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS summer 2015, with a masters in architecture.
